YouTube Goes To Church

One of the first articles I ever wrote (a very long long time ago) was on ‘GodCasts.’ That was a subject that I was very passionate about at the time, and I still am. Since then, YouTube has exploded, and videocasts have become a far more popular device for delivering ‘home made’ media. It’s hard to believe I’ve been writing since before YouTube really took off. Maybe my time line’s off, that just doesn’t sound right.
Anyways, GodTube really works as a purely religious alternative to the all mighty YouTube. Granted, YouTube does have most of these religious inspired videos (probably all of them?), but it’s nice to have them all grouped together, without having to wade through all of the Mentos vs. Diet Coke garbage. Not to mention shady advertising.
Content includes a broad selection of movies, shorts, Christian music videos (yes, they do make those), and videos of sermons. There’s even more than that, but I don’t want to ruin all of the surprises. GodTube is simply a really great site for those of us who care about our faith, and want to enjoy faith-based entertainment. Not for everyone, I know. But the internet is a huge place, no reason that everyone cannot have their own niche.
Only downside is, things seemed to run a bit slow on my end, but it’s still a fairly young site, and I’m sure there are some kinks to work out. It’s very usable though, just expect a hiccup or two. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

I really wish it weren’t so necessary for you to intrude your beliefs into the lives of those of us who have different beliefs
I do deny your beliefs work for you, they simply do not work for everyone, nor should they.
Just know that there are those of us, who walk, and sometimes run away from your online sites.

I’m sorry that you feel I’ve been intruding on others beliefs; I thought I was simply sharing mine with others, while pointing like minded people to a site I think they would enjoy.
I am now, and always will be respectful of those who have beliefs that are different than mine. Should you choose to not be a reader any longer because of my occasional mentions of Christianity you will be missed. I appreciate having a diverse readership, and hope that as the site grows that will spark some interesting conversation.
As for people running away in mass, this has been (by far) my most frequented post.

To the earlier poster, if you are not interested, keep scrolling; you are not forced to read that particular post. ‘Think’ before you post and make a complete ass out of your intelligence level and thoughts. Peace
