What 7-up/Scweppes does is buy tons of startups and sell them off when they catch on to Pepsi or Coke. They just did that in our area with Monster energy drinks. Interestingly enough, Dr. Pepper came from Waco. Would you like some Branch Davidians with your soda? :) I love all of the Diet Dr. Pepper spinoffs.
