Jell-O Mousse Temptations
‘Mousse Temptations’ are a line of new products brought to you by Jell-O that put a decidedly refined spin on the idea of the classic pudding cup snack. The idea of mousse in a cup intrigued me, so I gave each of the three flavors (Caramel Creme, Chocolate Indulgence, and Dark Chocolate Decadence) a chance.
The consistency was uniform across all the flavors; light, and fluffy. It’s not the prettiest stuff to look at, which is why I’m assuming they used solid color cups, but taste is what matters. And, especially for only 60 calories, it has ‘flavor’ locked up; very yummy.
Caramel was my favorite, with dark chocolate being my ‘least’ liked, but I’ll eat all of them again. They make a nice addition to you brown bag lunches at work, or a late night snack. Also, seeing as it’s so light and airy, I could even grab one of these in a morning rush. My only real complaint is actually a compliment; I wish the servings were bigger! Jell-O scores a ‘Win!’ with ‘Mousse Temptations.’

Looks delicious on the container picture, but thats it. When you scoop it out of the little container it doesn’t look like it does on the advertisement. It’s more like a gel mass, not light and fluffy like the picture. It’s not creamy and not rich and you don’t even taste the dark chocolate at first, its like an after-taste. Definitely will NOT buy this product again.

I have only tasted the chocolate indulgence. I have to say that it is quite yummy for only 60 calories. I will be buying this again!

I have tried only the chocolate and found it to be as pictured and delicious. Bought four pkgs. at once. Yummy!

I tried the carmel cream and it is delicious. I can’t wait to buy and try the dark chocolate one. I think these are a great treat for 60 calories. I found it to be nice and fluffy – not gel like at all.

Have tried all of the flavors,they are AWESOME.Low in calories and just as good as eating a candy bar.Love Love Love them.Just need to label the flavors on the top of each container so we can see at hand what flavor it is.THANKS for such a great product!

Tried for the 1st time yesterday and it is delicious! I have only tried chocolate and am looking forward to trying the dark choc and caramel!

Looks yummy but I am turned off by the fact it is sugar free. Sucralose is the “sugar” ingredient. Wish they would of used stevia or truvia. Major let down, for me.

Am an admitted chocoholic…however, if i find something rich enough, just a little serving does me, and boy does this fit the bill. I love dark chocolate, got this one and one does the trick. I can now justify a dessert a night with just 60 little calories, one gram of fat and NO sugar. Thank you, Jello! You MUST try this product, it rocks!

The Mousse Temptations company might want to look into fixing their commercial. I quote it when it mentions “Washing your bills and paying your dishes”. They may have intentionally messed this up, but I personally doubt it.

These are absolutely wonderful!
There are 10g of carbs in both chocolate varieties and 9g of carbs in the caramel flavor.

Not so great… I was extremely disappointed with the mousse temptations. I was wondering why it only comes sugar free. Mousse is always better with sugar. I will not by this product again unless it has sugar- then it might taste better.

This is hands down the best low calorie dessert I ever tasted. I tried the Chocolate Indulgence. I will definitely buy this again and I will try all flavors at least once. Like an earlier poster said, I sure hope they continue to make this one.

The picture in the Jello mousse temptations ad (the spoon full of mousse) is so unappetizing. I love chocolate mousse but this looks like a non-food product. Kind of foamy-gluey. How can they use this?

Compared the Chocolate Indulgence with a popular yogurt in a “mousse” style, chocolate flavor. 60 calories for the Jello vs. 160 for the yogurt. The yogurt tasted fake and artificial by comparison to the Jello.
The stuff’s a bit spendy, but A+++

This product is sinful. It is the most delicious 60 calories I’ve ever eaten. Great on my diet.
